Questions
Before you book
Do your packages start from Delhi?
Himachal, Uttarakhand, Golden Triangle and weekend packages start and end in Delhi by road or rail. Kashmir packages start at Srinagar and Ladakh packages at Leh. We can book your flights to these airports as part of the same enquiry.
What is included in the package price?
Each itinerary lists its inclusions and exclusions. Most packages cover hotel stays on the stated meal plan, a private vehicle with driver for transfers and sightseeing, and the permits named in the itinerary. Flights, entry tickets and activities are shown separately unless the itinerary says otherwise.
Can you change the itinerary?
Yes. Every package is a starting point. Your trip planner can add or drop a night, change hotel category, or combine two regions, and will send a revised quote.
How do I pay, and can I pay in parts?
Book with a 25% advance and pay the balance 15 days before travel. Payments are accepted only to the company account of Agrima Holidays (P) Ltd or through links sent from our registered number.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel 30 or more days before travel and we retain 10% of the package cost. 15–29 days, 25%. 7–14 days, 50%. Under 7 days, the full amount. The full policy is on the Policies page and in your booking confirmation.
How soon will I hear back?
A trip planner replies within 24 hours on working days, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. WhatsApp messages sent after hours are answered the next working morning.
